Privacy Policy -- HOI Operations

HOI Operations is a revenue-operations consultancy. This policy describes how we handle data in the course of providing our services. We have written it to be readable, not just legally defensible.

1. This Website Collects No Personal Data

This website (hoioperations.com) does not use analytics, tracking pixels, cookies, or any third-party scripts. There is no server-side logging of visitor identity. If you load this page, no data about your visit is stored, sold, or shared.

The only external request this site initiates is the standard DNS resolution your browser performs to reach the server. We control neither the DNS resolver you use nor your internet provider's connection logs.

2. Data Shared by Clients During an Engagement

When you begin a paid engagement with HOI Operations, you share business data with us. This data is typically:

Ad account exports (spend, impressions, clicks, ROAS) from Meta, Google, and/or TikTok
CRM or sales pipeline snapshots you provide explicitly
Any additional operational data you choose to include in scope

We use this data exclusively to perform the services described in your engagement agreement. We do not sell it, share it with third parties, or retain it beyond the agreed engagement term without your written consent.

3. API Access (Read-Only Reporting)

For clients who authorize API connections (TikTok Business API, Meta Marketing API, Google Ads API), we request only the minimum permissions required for read-only reporting: retrieving campaign performance data. We do not request permissions to create, modify, or delete ads or campaigns. Access tokens are stored securely and revoked at the end of the engagement or on your request at any time.

4. Contact Communications

If you contact us at contact@hoioperations.com, we will retain your email address and message to respond to your inquiry. We do not add you to a mailing list without your explicit agreement. You may request deletion of your inquiry at any time.

5. No Third-Party Data Brokers

We do not purchase, license, or use third-party data broker datasets that include personal information about individuals. Our work is performed on data our clients share with us voluntarily.

6. SMS and Text Messaging

HOI Operations operates an SMS program for clients and prospects who provide their mobile number and explicitly opt in (for example, by checking a consent box on a booking or contact form, or by texting a start keyword to our number). We use SMS to send appointment confirmations and reminders, follow-ups to conversations you have started with us, and information about the services you asked about.

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile opt-in information or consent with any third party or affiliate for any purpose. Your mobile information is used solely to deliver the messages you opted in to receive.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time, or HELP for assistance. Opting in to SMS is never a condition of any purchase. Full terms are in our Terms and Conditions.

7. Security

Client data is handled on systems with access controls limited to personnel working on that engagement. We do not store client data in public repositories or unencrypted cloud storage.

8. Changes to This Policy

If we materially change this policy, we will update the effective date at the top and, for active clients, notify you directly.
