These terms govern your use of services provided by HOI Operations Inc ("HOI Operations", "we", "us"), including our SMS and text messaging program. By engaging our services or opting in to our messaging program, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

HOI Operations is a revenue-operations consultancy. We provide sales and marketing operations services to businesses under a written engagement agreement. These website terms do not replace the specific terms of any signed engagement agreement, which controls in case of conflict.

2. SMS and Text Messaging Program

Program: HOI Operations Messaging.

Program description. If you provide your mobile number and opt in, HOI Operations sends text messages related to your inquiry or engagement: appointment confirmations and reminders, replies and follow-ups to conversations you have started with us, and information about the services you asked about. We do not send messages to anyone who has not opted in.

How you opt in. You opt in by providing your mobile number and affirmatively agreeing to receive text messages, for example by checking a consent box on a booking or contact form (the box is not pre-checked), or by texting a start keyword to our number. Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of purchasing any product or service.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us and the stage of your inquiry or engagement.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply. HOI Operations does not charge for the messages themselves; your mobile carrier's standard rates apply.

To opt out. Reply STOP to any message at any time to unsubscribe. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and then stop sending you texts. You may also email contact@hoioperations.com to be removed.

For help. Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us at contact@hoioperations.com.

Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile opt-in information or consent with any third party or affiliate for any purpose. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to provide accurate contact information and to use our services and messaging program lawfully. You may not use our services to send unlawful, harassing, or infringing content.

4. No Guarantee of Results

HOI Operations provides professional services in good faith. We do not guarantee specific revenue, conversion, or business outcomes except where a signed engagement agreement states otherwise.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, HOI Operations is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or the messaging program. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top reflects the latest version. Material changes affecting active clients will be communicated directly.
